The word is YOGA is derived from the Sanskrit root yuj meaning to bind , join , attach , to direct and concentrate one's attention on , to use apply. It also means union or communion. It is the true union of our will with the will of God. Yoga is one of the six orthodx systems of Indian philosophy. It was systematized by Patanjali in his work , ' THE YOGA SUTRAS ' , which consists of 185 terse aphorisms.
| Aiki (YinYang) Yoga ground the condition
of Yoga before Patanjali work , it is not religion , it has no dogma , it
is only to practice with the nature spirit.
The philosophy of Aiki-yoga will be of vital
interest to all those who are drawn to a
dynamic philosophy centered on harmony, peace,
and spiritual strength. That don't require special doctrines, every
creeds, it is all that the feeling and spirt gain
through practice. Aiki-yoga based on classical hatha yoga , and contain inside training of Qigong (AIKI) , bulid up high grade inner structure of body , strengthen TANDEN (HARA) . |
